Broken Apex accepts returns in accordance with the terms outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made outside this window may not be eligible for review.

To request a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided in a follow-up email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been inspected and approved.

If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, it will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after inspection. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer restrictions, product type, or condition. These exclusions will be noted at the time of purchase where applicable.
