BackRack 21-inch toolbox hardware kit for 1999–2007 Chevy/GMC Classic pickups provides the mounting components needed to install a BackRack or Safety Rack without drilling. The kit includes toolbox brackets sized for a 21 in. toolbox, rail plates, neoprene strips, fasteners and installation instructions. Hardware is yellow zinc plated and brackets are powder coated; a limited lifetime warranty is noted.
