The UMI Performance Stage 1 Strip Grip Kit for 1999–2004 Mustang includes rear lift bars and lower torque box reinforcements to improve track launches and consistency. Installation is a weld- or bolt-in process taking approximately three hours and includes all hardware and instructions. Fabrication uses 0.120-inch wall mild steel, CNC machining and full MIG welds, with solid aluminum bushings and zinc-plated sleeves for longevity.
