The QA1 AF Aluminum Series rod end is a red-anodized, female Endura-style unit engineered to save weight in performance applications. It uses a Nylon/PTFE injection-molded race that is self-sealing and self-lubricating to keep out dirt, and features a heat-treated, hard-chrome plated bearing steel ball with an aircraft-aluminum body. The AF design is lighter and highly wear-resistant while retaining metal-to-metal support for heavy shock loads.
