The Cognito Alloy Series tie rod kit is a heavy-duty stock replacement upgrade featuring an oversized alloy inner ball-and-socket joint for greater articulation and strength. Sold as a pair and made in the USA, it provides a more robust steering linkage for 2001–2013 Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500 2WD/4WD trucks. Due to the larger inner joint, longer sway bar end links may be necessary for stock or lifted vehicles to avoid contact while turning.
