The RockJock narrow Johnny Joint rod end is a forged rod end aimed at fabricators and suspension builders, providing cushioning and about 40° of movement with a urethane-encased inner ball. Its heat-treated center ball is cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and retained with heavy side washers and a snap ring. This 2.5 in joint is externally greased, uses a 1.00 in-14 right-hand threaded shank with 2.25 in of thread, has a 2.590 in mounting-width ball with a .718 in thru-bolt hole, and a gold zinc finish.
