The RockJock Johnny Joint rod end is a forged rod end aimed at fabricators and suspension builders, offering cushioning and about 30° of articulation through a urethane-encased inner ball. The heat-treated center ball is cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and retained with heat-treated side washers and a snap ring. This 2.5 in joint includes a zerk fitting, a 1.00 in-14 right-hand threaded shank with 2.25 in of thread, a 2.585 in mounting-width ball with a .640 in thru-bolt hole, and a gold zinc finish.
