The UMI convertible weld-in subframe connector for 1993–2002 F-Body models uses multiple welding points to integrate with the chassis and increase rigidity. Constructed from DOM mild steel tubing with machined 0.250" mounting plates, the set tucks close to the floor, clears exhaust layouts and boosts weight transfer and handling. A bolt-in hardware option can be purchased to allow non-welded fitting if desired.
