The Maxtrac 4.5-inch spindle lift kit with 3-inch rear lift for 2009–2018 Ram 1500 2WD raises ride height by lowering the wheel hub and swapping in lifted coils and Maxtrac twin-tube shocks to maintain a factory-like ride and turning radius. Spindles include extended stainless steel braided DOT brake lines; the rear kit adds coils, track bar and sway bar brackets. Intended to work with the correct wheel and tire combination.
