The KYB Excel-G rear shock for Nissan Maxima (2009–2014) restores original ride control and handling by using the same OE-quality components and calibration found on KYB assembly lines. As a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube shock, Excel-G is intended to return factory steering, stability and stopping characteristics rather than alter them; it includes OE-style components and may feature an internal anti-rollover spring.
