The KYB Excel-G shock is a front replacement developed to restore factory ride control, handling and responsiveness for Chevrolet Colorado 2WD and 4WD models (2004–2009). As a nitrogen gas–charged twin-tube unit produced on KYB OE assembly lines with OE-quality parts and factory-calibrated valving, Excel-G is classified OEA for the aftermarket. KYB recommends SM5413 strut mounts to reduce noise and vibration when installing.
