The KYB Excel-G shock and strut restores factory ride control, stability and handling while preserving original damping. This rear unit fits Acura EL (2001–2003) and Honda Civic (2001–2002) models as specified in the fitment notes, returning intended steering and stopping characteristics. Produced on KYB OE assembly lines, the Excel-G is a nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design built with OE-quality parts. KYB recommends replacing strut mounts when needed to reduce noise and vibration.
