The KYB Excel-G shock restores original ride control, stability and handling for MINI Cooper front-right applications (2002–2008). Made on KYB OE assembly lines from OE-quality components, the nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube Excel-G is calibrated to reproduce factory damping rather than alter vehicle behavior, offering technicians an OEA aftermarket replacement. KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (SM5443) to help reduce noise and vibration after replacement.
