The KYB Excel-G front-right shock for Mazda 626 (1998–2002) is built to restore the vehicle’s factory ride control, handling and stability. Produced on KYB OE assembly lines with OE-quality components, the nitrogen gas–charged twin-tube Excel-G is calibrated to return original damping behavior and is classified OEA for aftermarket replacement. It’s a technician-preferred option; a KYB strut boot (SB101) can protect the strut from dirt and salt.
