The KONI Special Active (FSD) rear shock is a direct-fit replacement for 1999–2005 BMW 3‑Series E46 RWD sedans. This twin-tube, low-pressure gas shock is not adjustable and is tuned to restore ride quality and handling characteristics for the specified rear suspension. It installs as a direct replacement using factory mounting points and is intended for rear sedan applications only where an OE-style KONI FSD shock is desired.
