The Bilstein B8 5100 steering damper for 2008–2013 Ford F-250 and F-350 is a 46mm monotube upgrade to factory steering dampers. It is zinc plated for corrosion resistance and is engineered to dampen minute steering movements, reduce vibrations and improve handling and comfort.
