Progress Tech Sport lowering springs for 2016–2017 Mazda MX-5 (soft top) lower the front about 1.3 inches and the rear about 1.0 inch to improve handling and appearance. Sport-tuned spring rates are chosen to reduce body roll while keeping a balanced ride; these kits are designed to work with OEM shocks and can benefit from performance dampers. Springs are CNC-wound from certified high-tensile wire, stress-relieved, shot-peened and powder-coated. Front rate 180 lb/in, rear 115 lb/in.
