These Maxtrac 4 in. rear lift blocks are a pair of fabricated steel blocks, powder‑coated grey, made for 2007–2018 GM C/K1500 2WD and 4WD applications. The blocks include two center pin holes—be sure to use the correct hole during installation—and are tapered for pinion correction. Sold as matched pairs, they offer a substantial 4" rear lift with a protective finish for long service.
