The UMI boxed rear lower control arm for 1978–1988 GM G-Body applications is a heavy-duty upgrade for street, strip or corner carving, minimizing suspension deflection and wheel hop. It uses 2" x 1-1/2" rectangular tubing, TIG-welded reinforcement sleeves at sway bar holes and greaseable polyurethane bushings. CNC-machined for accuracy and finished in durable powder coat; installs in roughly one hour with basic tools.
