The Progress Technology CS3 coil-over kit for 1989–1991 Honda Civic, Si and CRX is a Coil-Over 3 system combining rebound-adjustable damping with 550 lb/in front and 550 lb/in rear springs for balanced handling. Lowering is adjustable from 1" to 3" and it fits with the factory top hat. CS3 offers fourteen spring-rate combinations, enabling choices from track or drag configurations to more compliant street setups while dialing rebound to match driving conditions.
