The Progress Technology CS3 coil-over kit for 1989–1991 Honda Civic, Si and CRX is a Coil-Over 3 system featuring rebound-adjustable damping with a 450 lb/in front spring and 650 lb/in rear spring for firmer rear control. Lowering is adjustable from 1" to 3" and it uses the factory top hat. CS3 widens spring-rate options into fourteen combinations, letting you choose setups from track or drag bias to softer street comfort and fine-tune rebound to suit driving style.
