The AST 5300 Series 3-way monotube coilover for Volkswagen Golf Mk7 (5G) includes springs and droplink for a complete suspension upgrade. Independently tune rebound, high- and low-speed compression and ride height to minimize body roll and improve lap consistency. External reservoirs, camber-adjustable front top mounts and solid rear mounts where applicable combine with adjustable-rate springs and rebuildable dampers from AST's motorsport program in the Netherlands.
