The Superlift 4-inch lift kit for 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD (diesel only) raises suspension with front coil springs, radius arm drops, track bar bracket, brake line and steering stabilizer brackets, Superlift shocks and all required hardware. Rear fabricated blocks with u-bolts are included. The kit is sold with Superlift’s limited lifetime warranty and is intended for diesel-equipped trucks.
