The H&R 60mm I.D. race spring is a single race spring 160 mm long with a spring rate of 160 N/mm (about 913 lbs/in), designed for demanding suspension tuning on track and high-performance street cars. Produced in Germany from lightweight 54SiCr6 spring steel, the 60mm program employs high-tensile, thinner wire to achieve roughly 15% lower weight and about 10% more travel versus typical alternatives. H&R’s extensive catalog includes many lengths and rates and tender springs; mains are pre-blocked to prevent permanent set.
