The H&R 60mm I.D. race spring (100mm length, 180 N/mm) is a single main race spring made from special (hf) 54SiCr6 spring steel. Manufactured in Germany with high-tensile wire alloy, the thinner construction offers about 15% less weight and roughly 10% more travel than comparable springs, allowing tuners greater range and improved suspension response. H&R main springs are pre-blocked at the factory to prevent setting or sag. The 60mm program includes a wide selection of lengths and rates plus tender springs for motorsport and Euro-spec cars like the Porsche GT3.
