The H&R 2.50-inch I.D. race spring is a single main spring for suspension tuning, supplied here in a 6-inch length with a 375 lbs/inch rate. Manufactured in Germany from special lightweight (hf) 54SiCr6 spring steel, these springs use high-tensile wire to allow thinner material, making them about 15% lighter and offering roughly 10% more travel than comparable springs. H&R supplies many length and rate options, optional trapezoidal tender springs, and factory pre-blocking to prevent setting or sagging.
