SPC GM truck cam bolt kit replaces upper control arm mounting bolts with heavy-duty cams that provide camber and/or caster adjustment. Remove the OE bolts and rotate the cams to achieve the desired alignment change; in some cases OE slugs may need removal and bolt holes elongated with the recommended punch. Kit contents include cams to cover one side as specified. Use as a direct replacement to add adjustment where none existed.
