The SPC cam/caster adjuster for GM mid-sized front 4WDs replaces OE adjusters to improve clearance for camber and caster adjustments. These adjusters install on the OE bolt and include a 3/8" square drive hole so adjustments can be made on-vehicle with a standard breaker bar, saving time and enabling quick future alignment tweaks without removing the arm.
