The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate rear air spring kit for 2003–2012 Dodge Ram 3500 (4WD) adds adjustable air support to leaf-spring suspension to improve load handling and reduce harsh jarring. Its internal jounce bumper cushions impacts and prevents bottoming out so the springs are maintenance-free and safe to run with zero air pressure. Adjustable from 5–100 PSI and rated up to 5,000 lb of load-leveling capacity, the kit includes air springs, brackets, air lines, Schrader valve, hardware and illustrated instructions; it does not fit cab-and-chassis applications.
