The Banks Derringer (Gen 2) tuner with a 1.8-inch iDash SuperGauge is engineered for 2017–2019 GM 2500/3500 HD 6.6L L5P Duramax trucks. It connects to engine sensors and the OBD-II bus to actively and safely optimize calibrations in real time. Derringer provides six adjustable power levels, on-the-fly control via the SuperGauge, ActiveSafety monitoring that returns the truck to stock if a fault is detected, and protections for coolant temperature and knock. Claimed performance improvements include gains up to +61 hp and +112 lb-ft for enhanced towing and passing capability.
