The NGK direct-fit oxygen sensor for Pontiac Vibe (2009–2010) returns accurate closed-loop feedback to the engine control unit to assist in maintaining proper air–fuel ratio, improving fuel economy and reducing emissions. It builds on NTK ceramic sensor expertise and includes a 3-stage contaminant-resistant plasma jet and deposit-trap overcoat to protect the sensing element from poisoning.
