Red Line 75W85 GL-5 gear oil is a multi-use lubricant supplied in a 5-gallon container for differential, final drive, transfer case and gear applications. It meets SAE viscosity ranges including 75W85 and includes friction modifiers suited for many clutch-type limited slip differentials without additional additives. Note: its extreme slipperiness makes it unsuitable for most manual transmissions or transaxles with synchronizers. It is also popular in certain racing transaxles and late-model differentials.
