ORACLE adhesion promoter applicator pads provide a liquid primer to improve tape bonding to automotive surfaces like acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate and glass, designed for use with VHB foam tapes. Sold individually in convenient packets, the promoter dries in roughly 30–90 seconds depending on conditions, covers about 1 square foot per packet, and should be applied only where tape will fully cover the primed surface.
