The ORACLE ColorSHIFT Halo Kit for 1991–1996 Chevrolet Caprice provides bright, tunable LED rings capable of any color including whites from 3000K–15000K when used with a controller. The 3-chip 5050 SMD LEDs balance impressive output and low power draw. This version does not include a ColorSHIFT controller; the rings mount to the headlight or fog housing with pre-applied 3M adhesive on a CAD-designed 6-layer PCB and pair with various ColorSHIFT controller options.
