The ORACLE 7-inch round ColorSHIFT surface-mount LED halo kit includes a BC1 controller and is resin-encapsulated for IP67 waterproofing. Meant to mount on the outside of the headlight lens, it wires to a 12V source and gives direct color control via the included controller. The rings attach with included 3M adhesive for fast exterior installation and are sized to fit any vehicle with 7" round headlights.
