Units are completely refreshed with new rail connections, nuts, belleville washers, o-rings, springs and spool valves; control valve and spool are precision ground. The precision-honed intensifier body is matched with new plungers and each injector is flow tested and nitrogen-tested for leaks, with refinished sealing surfaces.
