Wehrli S400 high-mount turbo swap kit for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins with a 2nd‑Gen style exhaust manifold (manifold sold separately). Hand-built and test-fit in-house, the kit uses TIG-welded tubing and CNC-machined mating flanges with O‑ring seals to create a boost-leak‑free installation. It mounts the manifold pointing up for easy downpipe attachment and includes all components needed to install an S400-based turbocharger cleanly.
