The Nitrous Express dual-stage billet crossbar plate is a dry, two-stage nitrous system rated for 100–1000 hp with a 4150 flange and includes a 12 lb bottle. Its dual-stage layout supports stepped nitrous delivery across a wide range. CNC-machining replaces round spray bars to improve atomization and cylinder distribution. The kit features integrated gauge ports, a 5/8" siphon tube, a .500 orifice and a single 45° flow turn, plus custom solenoid bracket, billet Y fittings, braided lines, switches and a 40A relay; bottles include the billet Lightning 500 valve.
