The Vibrant complete intercooler assembly uses bar-and-plate construction with a louvered fin ambient path and offset charge fins to balance cooling and pressure loss. Cast aluminum TIG-welded end tanks, supplied mounting hardware and pressure testing are included. This unit has a 25 x 12 x 3.5 in core with 3 in inlet/outlet to support larger charge-air systems.
