The Vibrant complete air-to-air intercooler assembly features bar-and-plate construction with a louvered fin design on the ambient path and offset fins on the charge path to reduce pressure loss. The assembly includes cast aluminum TIG-welded end tanks, mounting brackets and hardware, and is pressure tested. Core size is 18 x 6.5 x 3.25 in with 2.5 in inlet/outlet for easier installation.
