The CSF 20 x 12 x 3 horizontal-flow bar-and-plate intercooler core is designed for custom builds and is rated for 700 WHP. Each core is hand-built, batch-brazed, and pressure-tested to 120 psi for reliability under extreme boost. A multi-louvered high-precision staggered fin layout increases heat transfer on both sides of the core, and the straight, jig-built construction simplifies welding into a tailored intercooler housing.
