The CSF 27 x 6 x 6 vertical-flow bar-and-plate intercooler core is built for custom high-boost systems and is rated to support 1400 WHP. Hand-built and batch-brazed in a clean-room environment, each core is individually pressure-tested to 120 psi. Its multi-louvered, staggered fin design improves heat transfer on both ambient and pressure sides while jig-built straightness eases welding into custom intercooler assemblies.
