The CSF vertical-flow bar-and-plate intercooler core (24 x 6 x 3.5 in) is rated for 800 WHP and built for bespoke high-performance intercooler assemblies. Hand-built in a controlled environment, each core is batch-brazed in CSF's ovens and pressure tested to 120 psi. A multi-louvered staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure faces maximizes heat transfer; cores are packaged individually to ensure safe delivery for fabrication and welding.
