The aFe BladeRunner Street Series intercooler kit for 1994–2002 Dodge diesel trucks (5.9L) uses a bar-and-plate core and 3/16-inch TIG-welded aluminum end tanks with internal vanes to direct airflow across the full core. Designed for high-boost use, it includes pre-tapped ports for gauges, is tested to 200 psi, and pairs with larger-diameter inlets and outlets to increase cooling and flow over OE tube-and-fin designs.
