The aFe BladeRunner cast intercooler for 1994–2002 Dodge diesel trucks with the 5.9L inline-six upgrades charge-air cooling with a thick bar-and-plate core and TIG-welded aluminum end tanks. Internal multi-directional vanes direct airflow through the core and four pre-tapped 1/8 in ports allow gauge or accessory installation. Tested to 200 psi, the design improved cooling and airflow compared to stock, lowering intake temperatures and EGTs while increasing flow.
