The aFe BladeRunner GT series intercooler for Ford F-150 (2015–2019) 2.7L and 3.5L twin-turbo V6 uses a 3-inch bar-and-plate core with 3/16-inch TIG-welded aluminum plate end tanks and multi-directional vanes to maximize core airflow. It includes four 1/8-inch pre-tapped ports for gauges or auxiliary fittings, is pressure-tested to 200 psi, and was shown in testing to lower intake temperatures substantially while increasing airflow.
