aFe BladeRunner GT bar-and-plate intercooler for 2011–2012 Ford F-150 3.5L twin-turbo applications. The BladeRunner uses a 3" bar-and-plate core with 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plate end tanks and multi-directional vanes to improve airflow and cooling. It includes four 1/8" pre-tapped ports, is pressure tested to 200 psi, and is offered as a direct replacement to improve charge-air cooling and reliability over OE cores.
