The aFe BladeRunner intercooler kit for 2010–2012 Dodge 6.7L diesel trucks uses a 3 in. bar-and-plate core and large TIG-welded aluminum end tanks to improve charge-air cooling and flow. The design includes multi-directional vanes for even airflow, 4 pre-tapped ports for gauges, and is tested to 200 psi. It’s intended to offer greater cooling capacity and flow without modifying core mounting locations.
