The aFe Bladerunner intercooler is a high-capacity bar-and-plate core intercooler built to outperform OE tube-and-fin designs, using a 3-inch thick bar-and-plate core and 3/16-inch TIG‑welded aluminum end tanks with multi‑directional vanes for efficient airflow. Tested to 200 psi, it offers increased airflow and cooling and includes tapped ports for gauges. Application: for 2003–2007 Dodge diesel trucks with the 5.9L inline-six.
