The Wehrli passenger-side 3.5" intercooler pipe for 2017–2019 Duramax L5P replaces the factory plastic two-piece pipe with a single-piece 14-gauge aluminum pipe. It uses a CNC-machined flange with double O-rings and an upgraded silicone boot secured by stainless t-bolt clamps to reduce boost leaks and handle higher pressures. Compatible with stock trucks, it installs without tuning and includes provisions for the OEM intake temperature sensor.
